What we collect
Only the data you enter in the request form (name, company, email, country, product, quantity and message), and the email you send us directly.
Why
To answer your request and, if you wish, to prepare a commercial proposal. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in replying (art. 6.1(b) and (f) GDPR).
Who processes it
Form submissions are relayed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to our mailbox hosted by Zoho. The website is served by Cloudflare. We do not sell data or use advertising cookies.
How long
For as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then as required by law.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability by writing to info@kestrade.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
