Incoterms in practice

  • EXW / FCA: you collect at the producer or an agreed point.
  • FOB: the producer delivers onto the vessel at the port of loading.
  • CIF / CFR: the seller pays freight (and insurance for CIF) to your port.
  • DAP / DDP: delivery to your address, with or without import duties paid.

Documents usually involved

  • Commercial invoice and packing list.
  • Bill of lading or other transport document.
  • Certificate of origin; phytosanitary, health or analysis certificates depending on the product.

Follow-up

We keep track of the order from production to arrival, and keep you updated through one point of contact.

Frequently asked questions

Do you own ships or warehouses?

No. Shipping is carried out by freight forwarders and carriers; we coordinate the process between producer and buyer.

Which Incoterm should I choose?

It depends on how much of the transport you want to control. We explain the options for your shipment before the offer.
